Today I will be touring and meeting with members of the faculty and students at Stone Creek Charter School in Gypsum. Public charter schools, like Stone Creek, are pioneering new teaching methods to ensure that students receive the highest quality education. I recently voted for H.R. 10, bipartisan legislation that reauthorizes funding to open, replicate and grow effective, quality charter schools, like Stone Creek, nationwide. I have long believe that successful education programs are best developed and implemented at the local level by parents, teachers and those closest to the students. I am excited to learn more about Stone Creek and how they are inspiring and teaching students every day. Learn more about H.R. 10 here:
