Today I will pay my respects to Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy, by doing Crossfit Hero WOD Murph. He was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. His story was told by the only surviving member of his unit, Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Marcus Luttrell, in the movie The Lone Survivor. But Murphs bravery to get to a position on that mountain to be able to radio out their position, helped get Lutrell out alive.
