Today I witnessed something Ive never seen in ANY hospital. 2 lovely nurses who asked for everyones attention in the waiting room to announce that their doctors were running 1 Hour behind! Most politest staff EVER!!! They couldnt do enough for me even showed me how to correctly inject myself which never even got shown at UHNS. Hats off despite under pressure today ALL the staff & Doctors did a FAB job today. In and out in just under 3 hours today which wasnt bad considering seeing doctors, new cast on, back to X-ray, back to see doctor and then pharmacy. :-)
