Today I would like to briefly talks about Debra Rowe,Executive Director of Returning Citizens United, this freedom fighter, have been on the front line in our fight against Mass Incarceration, she is a member of the New Jim group, started after a group read The New Jim Mass Incarceration, during the age of Color Blindness by Michele Alexander. She sets on the board of the Fairview Women Halfway house. She was responsible for the first Mayor Candidate forum for Returning Citizens in this city.. She was a driving force in registering over 6,000 Returning Citizens and other, so they could participate in the elective process She have dedicated her life to ending Mass Incarceration. A true soldier and example for Women returning to the community. She also continue to mess up the stand up counts. You are a shining star no matter where you are. Brothers and sisters who survive the belly of the belly.We are a winner.
