Today I would like to thank and praise God for giving us clear information on which path to walk. We are to walk on the narrow path as opposed to the broad or the wide path of the world. His Word tells us to stay on the path we are on - and should we veer to the left or to the right through temptation or prodding by the enemy, the Holy Spirit of God who dwells in us will be the voice of correction that will guide us back to the path of righteousness. For Christ is the Way - the only Way and we need to follow Him at all cost. Abba Father - thank You for the path that you have for us to tread - the same one that Jesus walked. The one that You so clearly spell out for us in Your precious Word, the Instruction Manual for us on how to live our lives. We are not perfect Abba and so often fail - I praise You though that You never change and are the same yesterday, today and forever!!!! Thank you for guiding us and leading us on the path to life forever with You!!! Isaiah 30:21 Your ears shall hear a word behind you saying, "This is the way, walk in it " whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left. This can be compared to a shepherd and his flock of sheep who when he observes any of the sheep to be going astray, will call them back. It directs us to Christ who is The Way the Truth and the Life and is the Good Shepherd, and though we might turn to the right or to the left through temptation, His Word tells us that through His Holy Spirit we will know when we are on a wrong path. When we hear His voice of correction - we need to be sure to follow what He is saying to us. Proverbs 4:27 Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.
