Today Im going to bring a look at what I think is an underrated gem. Something from my personal collection that was just fantastic. In the late 80s Batman welcomed a new Robin in the Batfamily by the name of Tim Drake and after a time of training Tim earned the Robin costume and he earned a solo adventure in the form of a 4 part miniseries simply called Robin. In 1991 a new miniseries written by Chuck Dixon entitled Robin 2: The Jokers Wild. This mini again featured The Boy Wonder in a solo adventure but this time in Gotham with Batman out of town and The Joker escaping from Arkham Asylum, (man that place needs better security). Joker goes High tech (at least for 1991) and kidnaps a computer programmer to infect the city with a nasty computer virus during one of Gothams harshest winters. This series was notable in a lot of ways as we see Joker meet the third Robin for the first time and upon seeing the kid yells I killed you! Oh well just have to kill him again! The mini also featured the death of Mr. Freeze killed by the Joker (yes they brought him back and more in line with the Freeze we are all familiar with.)
