Today, Im posting pix from my hometown. East Ridge, TN. Ive lived 64 of my 64 years in East Ridge. During that time, Ive seen many changes (not all good). i.e. loss of A & M Toy Store, East Ridge Hardware, The Rebel Drive-In, East Ridge Bpt Church sanctuary, Exxon & Shell gas stations and the motor court at Hwy 41 & Greenslake Rd. This motor court dates back to at least the 1940s,s maybe earlier. By the time I graduated from high school, it was out of business, abandoned and in serious disrepair. Eventually, all but this one unit was demolished. They all looked much like this one. This one is now the office for Pioneer Auto Brokers.
