Today Im thankful and grateful for both today and yesterday... 1. Im grateful to all the cats that taught me (and still are teaching me) about music and how to play gigs, I know it took tons of patience. Rodger Paisley John Defrancesco John DeFrancesco Glenn Ferracone Paul Klinefelter Tim Celfo Michael Fish Biff McNeil James McLaughlin Paul Wilkinson and a long list of others. 2. Im thankful for having time this weekend to catch up on things like cleaning my garage, and spiffing up the house a little. 3. Im thankful for my little hummingbird friend that keeps coming to visit me. It lands on the dog leash while Im walking the dog, it lands on the watering can when Im watering the flowers, and it often times just zips in front of my face, hovers there and stares me down. 4. Im thankful for Megan Rooneys patience while I fiddle with all of the light bulbs. We are gradually going to all LED bulbs, and it has been a learning curve... Too bright, Too dim, JUSSSST RIGHTTTT. 5. Im thankful for tidbits of information from my grandfather. Things like where the cesspools are, how to make sopressata (and the correct pronunciation, SUPER SOD), and how many scoops of white cement mix with how many scoops of lime and sand when youre making stucco. 6. Im happy and content where I live. This is something that some people search their whole lives for and never find. Glad to be in my final place.
