Today...... Is AMAZING!!! How great it is to wake up in a warm bed..... how amazing it is to wake up with a clear head, how truly incredible it is.... too wake up! To shower yourself in warm water, to brush your teeth and comb your hair. To smile back at yourself in the mirror, not because you look good, but because you FEEL good too! A cup of coffee if thats your thing or perhaps some breakfast to start the day! Stepping out into the serenity of a sun rising over the land, letting you know, today may be hot but it will be bright because he is behind you! The warm embrace of the day lets you know that it will be okay today, as long as you are willing to be okay with...being okay! No expectations! No Negativity! Nothing to bring you down unless you allow it! Knowing in you heart that no matter what the day brings you, calamity or bewilderment, doubt or frustrations...you can start your day over in that moment and say, not today! You can change your entire attitude and outlook in just a few seconds! you can remember that today, you woke up! That today, you dont have to be in charge, that something bigger was already present from the second you opened your eyes! Today may very well give you a few challenges and it my not be as you wished it could! Just remember..... tomorrow has not come and yesterday has vanished into the night! You only have today! Embrace it! Accept the challenges and trudge! Pause.... breathe in.....breathe out....smile for you, and then smile for someone else! Today.... is amazing...just go with it!! You are beautiful, you are strong! You are courageous and brave! You are perfectly imperfect in every way! Be brilliant, be flawed! Be bold....be you!
