Today JSC ZMI-Profit is the enterprise equipped with the unique equipment of own development, and also the modern equipment of leading foreign firms. Possibilities of the equipment and existence of qualified personnel allows us to correspond to level of the international standards. Our company is the only Russian producer of bimetallic stalemedny wires and a wire with conductivity from 20 to 70% from conductivity of copper. The enterprise makes a stalemedny wire on own patented technology based on solid-phase connection of the steel core with a copper cover. The technology and the equipment for production of a stalemedny wire are protected by patents of the Russian Federation for inventions. The special equipment for assembly, trasportirovka and processings of the metal scrap, made by JSC ZMI-Profit, is characterized by high reliability and efficiency. In production only high-quality details and mechanisms are used. In 2007 at plant new production of knifes of domestic and import press scissors for processing of scrap metal, such as was mastered: "Colmar-800", "Lindemann-1240", "Lindemann-1034", "Akros", "Squalo", and also knifes on any press scissors according to drawings of the customer. Knifes are made from Russian alloyed staly with the increased impact strength. Except that JSC ZMI-Profit is the only company in Magnitogorsk, mastered technological process of production of sliding lattices on the hi-tech German equipment with application of advanced technologies. All production passes multilevel quality control – from acceptance of initial raw materials and materials before packing of finished goods. Quality of our production corresponds to GOST and TU of the Russian Federation and is confirmed with certificates.
