Today, June 30th, the United States has just taken a big step, a giant leap . . . back to the 1870s. The attitude, if you dont have money, if you dont have power or believe the way they do, then screw you. I feel like Im ranting. The bees are dying off (good bye fresh fruits), the water is being fracked (its now illegal to divulge the chemicals in fracking fluids), global warming is melting the ice caps (May was the warmest month on Earth in recorded history), armed right-wing thugs are roaming the streets, women are demonized and punished for being human, racism runs even more rampant, children are being gunned down in their schools, drones are flying all over the Middle East, graduating college students are saddled with crippling life-long debt, Ignorance is the New Black among Republican elected officials, the ignorance and greed of the rich and powerful has killed millions around the world in fascist dictatorships and sectarian wars. But the hell with all that depressing news. Lets pay mind to whats REALLY important. Check out these adorable cat videos. Arent they funny?
