Today My Myanmar partner who is working together with same responsibility at same place to improve our business(Groovez Asia) in Myanmar showed an nice business seed for me. ぼくと同じ権限とリスクを背負って、同じ場所で一緒に汗水を流してくれているミャンマー人共同経営者が今日、いいビジネスの種を披露してくれました。 Its really reasonable and enough value to start planning the detail. 十分理屈が通っていて、時間を割いて詳細を詰めるに十分な説明でした。 Of course Im happy to see such a business plan. もちろん、ぼくはビジネスをする身として、そんなプランが見れるのは嬉しいです。 And for me actually what im happy most is he showed it to me with number as evidence. ただ、もっと嬉しいのは、彼が数字に基づいてそれを披露してくれた事。 Im sharing a lot with him nearly one year. ぼくは彼にこの一年、いろんなことを共有してきました。 The attitude for business. How to analyze business. How to communicate with the other. How to take Quality Of Life. And so on.... 仕事への取り組み方。 ビジネス分析の仕方。 コミュニケーションの取り方。 プライベートと仕事のバランスの取り方などなど。 Finally I could see such a his planning today. そして、今日、そんなプランをついに見る事ができました。 So Im really happy. Its enough logical with evidences to start the detail planning. ちょーはっぴーです。 十分ロジカルで数字というエビデンス付きで、詳細プランへ進めるのに価値のあるものです。 Hope him to improve his ability more and i also want to meet more candidate to be like him. 彼は彼の能力をもっともっと伸ばしていって欲しいと望むとともに、 もっといろいろな候補者にあいたいなと思っています。 I believe people in myanmar need more option for chose better service. In the other words, it means need more provider to provide more valuable service to the myanmar market. ミャンマーにはもっともっとサービスが必要だと思っています。 つまりサービスを展開できる会社が必要だということです。 So the candidates of entrepreneur are needed in Myanmar as seed of them. So I hope to support them and to support launching more business in Myanmar. だからそのためにも、そんな会社の源泉となれる経営者候補が必要だと思う訳でそんな人をどんどん排出していきたいと切に思っています。
