Today, National Wreaths Across America Day, CAP officers and cadets joined thousands of community members in placing more than 700,000 fresh balsam evergreens on the graves of military veterans in more than 1,000 U.S. cemeteries and memorial sites around the world as a tribute to their service and sacrifice. Pictured are dozens in attendance at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis where over 2,000 wreaths were placed on the graves of veterans.
