Today New England Clam Chowder, Yesterday Artichoke Vodka Garlic Angel Hair Pasta Artichoke Vodka Garlic Wheat Angel Hair Pasta 1 can of Vodka Spaghetti sauce 1 can of diced tomatoes (no salt/sugar added) 1/2 vandalia onion 90% lean hamburger whole wheat angel hair pasta 1 can of artichoke 1 Portabella mushroom cap (whole) Boil Vodka spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, add minced garlic, & Italian seasonings to taste. When onion is cooked, add Portabella Mushroom cap (sliced), allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes. Then add canned artichoke. Cook Angel Hair Pasta according to boxed directions (I prefer wheat) Drain, add Olive Oil to keep from sticking, & minced garlic. Cook 90% lean hamburger separately. Get a large pile of angel hair pasta, cover it in mushroom vodka artichoke sauce, add meat. Then, pile with Parmesean cheese & shredded Italian 3-cheese! It was DELICIOUS! (I love the fact that most people do not eat canned artichoke because I can find it at discount stores for around $1.89/ can compared to a reg. store at $3+ /per can!
