Today : Precious opportunity to serve THE KING ! ! ! I am overwhelmed and amazed that HE has entrusted to me and sent me forth to preach, The UNSEARCHABLE Riches Of CHRIST. Judy and I have been a team in ministry for almost 50 years and today this Team is leaving out to Sweet Water, AL. I am preaching a revival meeting this morning and tonight at Union Grove Baptist Church. Wow, what a privilege. My first engagement was in this church 52 years ago when Bro. E. B. Warren was pastor there. We gathered around an old wood burning heater. My, my: time flies. Bro. Alvin Lewis is pastor there now. He is one of the best instructors in TRUTH that u will find . I am honored to be in his pulpit today. I have never been more delighted to preach HIS WORD than I am today. Oh I pray that HE will turn me loose and touch me with HIS MESSAGE OF HOPE. As I walk out of my house today to go: I am leaving with more joy, enthusiasm, excitement, peace, exuberance, thrill, and wonderment, than I did as that 15 year old boy. Can you believe it? I am old, decrepit, broken up, and limited in every way imaginable ; but HE has renewed my strength; I think that I might just , ...soar like eagles! All I can say is, OH, WHAT A SAVIOR.
