Today Serenity Games helps celebrate International Day of the Girl. Just 2 years ago the UN declared October 11 a day to take action against all issues surrounding gender inequality in the world. Today Serenity Games takes a stand to raise money and awareness for gender inequality in our community, culture, and society. For our Cant Stop the Serenity Charity Shindig we will be raising money for Equality Now and Brookwood Florida... organizations devoted to action in women and girls lives globally and locally. Generous portions of sales will go towards this goal, as well as all proceeds from the raffle and on site donations. Only by working together with like-minded folk can we accomplish something bigger, something mighty. The fun starts at 1pm with food, games, activities, trivia and costume contests, and of course... a showing of the greatest movie ever made.
