Today Terra Veler and I pulled the bikes out if the garage and road them for the first time in years. It was not easy, I think for a minute me and her for got but once we got the hang of it again the time was endless. Road 4.5 miles and then got to my house and walked around the neighbor hood to cool down. The energy I have now days is amazing. Thank you #Advocare for helping me get that push I needed.
