Public Hearings: 1) to allow a 225 boat slip expansion to the Southpoint Marina and an accessory 2,700 square foot clubhouse and pool, on 13.28 acres, at 1384 and 1420 Empire Blvd., in the LaSalle’s Landing Development (LLD) zoning district. 2) the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a chocolate shop at 1865 Penfield Road in the Four Corners (FC) zoning district.
