Today, Two couples sent me emails and pics of them wearing their dfit shirts at a training or race. Each of these couples embracing and applying the dfit philosophy. They shared with me how they are inspired by the meaning of my motto: discipline, faith, inspiration, transformation. I have no doubt that they have, indeed, transformed their fears into faith and weakness into strength. But, most important, their bonds are stronger because they are working and encouraging each other to reach their goals. Every time I get emails like these they usually come on days when I doubt myself for doing what I do. Its like Hes trying to tell me that I cant quit. I hope thats the message. #gratitude #mission #nodoubt
