Today is also the birth anniversary of great Existential humanist Jean-Paul Sartre who was a 20th century intellectual, writer and an atheist activist who put forth pioneering ideas on existentialism and Humanism.. Humanist day is an opportunity for individuals to learn about Humanism World Humanist Day is the day of spreading awareness of Humanism as a philosophical life stance and means to effect change in the world.It is also seen as a time for Humanists to gather socially and promote the positive values of Humanism.
