Today a man in his late 40s looked down on me (not because Im short -_-) once he heard I was engaged he responded with I feel sorry you and he meant it as I saw a single man tear fall from his eye. I said why? He says,youre twenties are where you get to have fun and do so many things,but you are buying horse you lay your eyes on. Ill admit I laughed a little but then I said nope, I feel sorry you and many others in this world He said, If you say so Im like seriously, think about it. Ppl my age go out they have fun and drink and dance but lets be honest they are secretly hoping someone, anyone comes and gives them just a bit more attention than the rest and maybe just maybe they can take that somewhere. Maybe they make it something real or maybe (9 time out of 10) its nothing and its back to having fun. Me on the other hand. I went to school because the law made me and sat through class cause my parents made me and stayed awake most of the time because my teachers made me. And then boom I meet lovely little vixen in white heels without even trying. This girl turns out to be a catch and if I dont lock it down someone damn sure will I dont care how young they are. And what do I get my efforts? I get person to hold every night who I trust. I get to go out when I want and have fun and not wonder if Im going to meet someone because I have the best someone. Im lucky enough to find something that many people including you are still looking for and I found it almost 10 years ago!!! So while you were busy reliving your glory days I was creating a life that will be full of them. So I feel sorry you sir because I get to spend more of my life with my special someone than you will get to spend with yours.
