Today a member of the Saint Lucia Civil Service Association met an Executive member (floor rep) in the city and the conversation went like this:- CSA Member: why was the General Council meeting for Wednesday January 28th postponed without any explanation? floor rep: David Demacque was the one who called the meeting without our approval that is why we had to cancel. it has nothing to do with the march as is being said CSA Member: so when will a General Council will be held because we have not had one since the election. We have not had a treasurers report to see how our monies are being spent. what is going on? floor rep: well we cannot call a general council meeting yet because one of the branches has not been formed CSA Member: how you mean a branch has not been formed as yet? you mean mary went ahead and called elections when all the branches had not been formed yet and were not ratified? so its only when the constitution suits yall thats when yall refer to it. yall want to have people as if they are jackasses floor rep: garcon you are a jackass I eh even taking you on again CSA Member: you right to call me jackass because we were not supposed to allow yall to call elections knowing that yall had not ratified the branches For those of you here on this page who support mary and her herd of sheep. I posted this conversation so you could see what we have to deal with. I will inform you of something else which have happened in a bit. Now I know for a fact that the floor rep referred to here comes on this page everyday to read stuff to carry. I say this to you because I know you reading this..........If the conversation that I just described here did not happen I dare you to challenge me on it if you man enough because you and I both know the gentleman is not afraid to challenge you too
