Today, a settlement conference. Wild Carter & Tipton, Bruce Brown, & rep for insurance company owned by W.R. Berkely were there. We made the plea for the insurance company to give a few million to Maxwell AFB for the military. They ignored this plea. So we asked them then to negotiate with people in possession of memorabilia the proceeds of which were supposed to go to Maxwell, but we have been told, instead are going into their personal pockets, to purchase and get the items to Maxwell. As a counter? Wild Carter & Tipton, Bruce Brown & insurance rep demanded $266,000, refused to budge even a penny off the mark, for mishandling cases. Weve heard that Wild Carter & Tipton have had at least 5 other legal malpractice claims and/or lawsuits against them by others. Stay tuned.
