Today, a wonderful era sadly came to an end. It was with much deliberation, heavy hearts and many tears that we decided to have our beloved Missy put down. She was with us for almost 18 years - Kyle and Laura were three when we got her. For me, she was the best dog I ever had. She always had such a playful, wonderful spirit and was so loved by my kids, by all of us. During the years, she was there for so many events, adventures, even a litter of puppies - she was such a big part of our family. It was so very hard to let her go. Hopefully, shes in a place now where all suffering is gone, where she can run as much and as fast as she wants and eat as many chewy sticks as she likes. There is an empty spot in our lives right now that will never completely go away. We will miss you so much but we will never forget you… we all love you, Missy!
