Today a young man, Micheal Brown, will be buried as the nation mourns with his parents. Who really knows what set this young man off on this road to disaster on that fateful day. Speculation might suggest that it was the weed he had smoked. It may have been anger that this young man had built up about situations that no one is privy to. Or it could have been that he had grown into the mindset of entitlement. We will never know. While the jury is still out examining the case, there is one thing that we can be sure of....he has left behind two parents who are grieving and have lost their hope for this boy to grow into a man, raise a family of his own and one day take his place in the world. I pray that in the midst of all the anger and chaos that we will remember his parents in prayer.
