Today as I was checking out at the grocery store, I had very neatly separated my groceries from those needed for my cooking class. I had separated all of them from those of the gentleman in front of me. The young woman at the cash register was obviously new and in training. As I was loading my stuff on the conveyer belt, she inadvertently rang up some of my stuff with his. Neither of us noticed until it was bagged, placed in his cart, and paid for. He removed it from his cart, placed it in mine and said, Here, these are paid for. As I objected and told him I would pay him, I looked down to open my wallet. With that, he was on his way out the door and I had no way to get the money to him or thank him. I pray that he is super-blessed today for his act of kindness.
