Today as I was serving lunch to all the little ones here. Izzy asked about my green bracelet (#believe4britton). So I started telling her that I once had a little boy here, just like them,My Britty Brew, but that now he was a big football player in High School. I started to tell them he had been in an accident, and before I could finish, most of them started telling Brittys story about the wreck and that he was sleeping to get better and stronger. They had seen signs and heard people talking, (little ones are always listening). Then one said we have been praying for him at home, and the others piped in the same. So one said lets say a prayer for him now. So everyone around the Little Tikes table folded their arms and closed their eyes. My heart melted.... I started my prayer, then realized each one was repeating what I said, so I went slower. It was the sweetest thing and I know if we would have been outside, the clouds parted and their sweet little prayers went straight into the Lords ears. :) So tonight parents, when they go to bed, if they ask to pray for Britty Brew, youll know why. Jesse & Sommer, may your hearts be strong in the Lord today. He is holding our Britty so tight and giving him strength to fight this battle. Love you!!
