Today as Im mourning over what is going on with my friend I am thinking a lot about human trafficking (not that the two are related but the missing poster with her name on it is how many of these stories start). I have shared before that when I got involved I said, I will do whatever you want me to do *except* talk to victims but then the victims found me. As people found out I had begun working with Trafficking Hope (a local organization that works to raise awareness in the community and rescue victims of human trafficking and has recently opened a safe house for these victims) the messages began to come. Ill be posting links of what I wrote at the very beginning of my human trafficking journey in the comments.
