Today as we drove a very wet and slow drive to school we noticed a very large army truck. Master 7 was beyond excited and straining his neck to get a closer look. As we pulled up next to them at the lights I said- why dont you wave. I wound down his window- and he said hi and waved and indeed they smiled, waved back and made his day. He said THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST DAY EVER! DONT YOU THINK?. So thanks to our soldiers for their warm heartedness, for protecting our country and indeed for waving at my child and making his day. It is this laid back wonderful Australian spirit that makes me burst with pride :D
