Today at 12:47 pm I had to say goodbye to one of the most influential men in my life. They gave him a day to live and he held on for 3 more and I truly believe it was for our family. As heartbreaking as it is to say good bye I am so happy I had the chance to say goodbye and stand bye his bedside through each hour until his last breath on earth and first breath into heaven holding his hand. I am so blessed to have a grandpa as great as him to fill me full of awesome memories and what it is to be a real man. There was no better feeling then to see staff that had cared for him for 7 yrs come back to give their respect, stories, and goodbyes and show how much he meant to people in this world that werent family or close friends. I only hope when my day comes Ive left such a positive impact on so many. Ill miss you so much grandpa and cant wait for the day we meet again. Love you always & will be caring you with me forever in my heart.
