Today at 3:53pm (Sydney time) we have a full moon in Cancer. Beginning the year with a new moon in Capricorn on New Years Day, was and still is, granting us a myriad of opportunities to get real about what we want to build this year in our outer world; our lives. It is also encouraging us to focus on what we came here for; our lifes purpose and the mastery of this. Two weeks later, today, we have a full moon in the opposite sign of Cancer. Now, Spirit is calling us to address our inner world; our world of feelings. Herein lies our navigation system; our powerful sense of intuition. By balancing our outer and inner worlds during our everyday moments, we remain engaged on our path of the Highest Purpose. Do you touch base with self throughout the day, asking yourself what youre feeling and address your answer proactively, nurturing self? Before you answer yes or rush into anything, do you pause and take a few long, deep breaths? The more we do this, the more we hear the answer, direction or guidance in the heart; the seat of intuition. When you voice your boundaries from the heart, do you pause to celebrate self and express gratitude for Spirits help? Are you prepared to release what you feel is no longer relevant within yourself and your life? Do you consider your physical body a temple for the soul and nourish it accordingly with a healthy diet, exercise, positivity and most of all, love? The more we answer yes to these questions, the more we are balancing our inner and outer worlds and aligning ourselves with the energy of this full moon. Wherever you are at this moment with answering yes, lovingly accept self, without judgement or criticism, asking for Spirits hand to move forwards. Happy full moon day!
