Today at around 16:00hrs, a CID agent by the name Tariro appeared at my doorstep to serve me with court summons. Its not the first time, neither is it the second, but the third time to have been served with such papers over frivolous charges pertaining to 2013 fraudulently held elections. I am alleged to have contravened section 46 of POSA (Criminal Codification Act) and the charge is CRIMINAL NUISANCE. As such I am ordered to appear at Bindura magistrate court on Friday 23 January 08:00hrs. These intimidatory tactics to silence the suffering masses of Zimbabwe will not work. We are bruised and hardened already. The ZANU PF regime has failed us so we will stop at nothing until they leave office!
