Today at the grocery store a lady told me that I had abs of steel. Its not true but I still blushed! This lady has known me for a few years and has been following my weight-loss-and-get-fit-journey. Shes always complimenting and encouraging me. While I still dont see myself like others do its still nice to hear. My point for this post is......if you see someone actively making a positive change in their life....pliment and encourage them. Change isnt easy. Whether its a job, relationship or health....change can be downright intimidating. A little encouragement goes a long way. P.S. Connie, you may be full of it but you certainly made this girls day. Thank you! 💗
