Today begins a new 60 Day Challenge Group and also the conclusion to another round! My goals for the new group are HUGE! However, what I want for them is not important, its what they want from the challenge and from themselves! My group coming to a close I think learned a lot about themselves. Knowledge is power and sometimes finding out things about ourselves (triggers, identifying excuses, etc) will lead us to success, a success that cant come until we find you. We can want, hope, wish & pray... Without action comes no real change. Onward & upward! Good luck to the new crew, congrats to the finished group! Stay with us, see you in your sessions!!
