Today early mornings outdoor training with my personal trainer was absolutely amazing..though it was freezing cold, I loved every bit of it. - pushups - -squat with 7 pulses weighted -boxing- upper cuts, jab jab cross, punch out and in, all up about 600 punches -core- plank, scissors vertical, scissors horizontal, oblique twist with plate, crunches up fast down slow, leg raises, knees up and crunch with plate, 100 of each - lateral raises -single back rows .. -flexibility stretching... We smashed it...cant wait till I reach my goal...🙅🙅👯
