Today, entirely fed up with those who boast about their credentials and tell parents what does and does not happen within the walls of a family court room yet has spent no time there watching and researching and following up on cases has NO business telling any parent or family member who has had children essentially kidnapped, fundamental human rights ignored, been victimized by a judge who has a personal agenda, dealt with the hypocrisy of a system that has been set up for profit rather than justice is a menace to society. The tears and the brutality of being severed from the life of a child in a forum that does NOT punish for false statements and allegations, does not enforce the provisions of a court order, allows one parent to interfere with the parent/child bond of the other, and essentially promotes civil crimes such as perjury, malicious prosecution, defamation, and slander to THRIVE and the parent who can dish out more lies or money to win sole custody is a very real epidemic. The family court system destroys good parents and the children. Today is the precursor of a tomorrow when a child will never know what a child hood in a functional co-parenting relationship is. Justice will not come for anyone until this affliction is exposed!!! This is not a made up problem by angry mothers or abusive fathers. This is a problem of a bad parent using the system to decimate the lives of another person and has no qualms about using their own child/children to do so. The only ones who want the general public to believe that is is fictitious, are the ones who serve to benefit from keeping this degeneration of the constitution a well kept secret. Lawyers, Judges, Guardians ad litems, Child Protective Services, Expert Evaluators and the list goes on. As long as the government owns and runs The Family Courts the people will never see JUSTICE!!!
