Today felt long a draining and I only taught 2 classes. The members were on fire! The energy is the blame. Lol! So many things are happening all at once its becoming overwhelming. I have been having trouble with my nutrition and before I let it get out of control I have decided to invest and go for the freshly made package Paleo meals. As you may have seen that I really like the paleo way and the benefits. I will be using a company called Kettlebell Kitchen Inc. I was so impressed with their communication with me that am sold and the food looks really good. I want to drop a few and tone up and nutrition is 80%. Since I dont have access to a kitchen this is the best option with pick ups close to me. #paleo #health #nutrition #exercise
