Today has been a good day. Dallas pain medicine is holding out from one dose to the next. I left him or a couple of hours with my son while I went to Mary Jos sale. Dallas has developed some anxiety since the surgery and the only way to break it is to leave and come back so that he learns I am always coming back. -Dee called before I could get back and said he was crying and watching the doorway for me. He is tolerating his ROM better and is letting me stretch that leg backward further. He is also touching that foot down rather than holding it up. Tomorrow the fentanyl patch comes off and I will add e-stim and a moist heat compress to his therapies. I cant wait until he is all healed and walking with no pain!!! I am so blessed to.have a wonderful husband like Darrell Cheshire, and children like Dee who are patient and understanding and love Dallas too... now, if only I could sleep....
