Today has been a trying day that ended with great gratitude for me as I was able to get my son Nathan in to be examined by my Cardiologist Dr. Ali, after yet another mishap in scheduling by his primary cardiologist (whom I wont mention the name of). The difficulty Nate has been experiencing with his rare heart decease and repetitive doctor visits that keep being delayed left him without a large portion of his medication which was exhausted for over a week and he was beginning to feel serious detriment from no meds. Long story short, he has all his Meds, and the right ones now plus... A Great New Cardiologist looking after him who has assured him that all services including procedures to implant stints in his arteries will not be withheld while his insurance is being put in place. I have a renewed faith in Integrative Medicine, meaning the best of both worlds Allopathic and Alternative/ Homeopathic Medicine working together to achieve ultimate success in health care. As for myself... I am truly grateful as my recovery is on the fast track and I feel like Supa Man! And with a huge thx to Charles L. Gilchrist who reminded me of my commitment to Meditation twice a day that keeps me under control, clear minded and connected to The All Mighty this leads me to my quote for today... From the Christian Saint Padre Pio; Through the study of books one seeks God, by Meditation one finds him Special thanks to Russell Simmons, Be Still, One Love -gjc
