Today has been a very good day, After talking with a friend for the last 3 hours I have come to realize that God has reason and purpose to everything he does.. We may not understand it and even not know he is doing it..People will come and go in life and everyone of them has something offer both for good and the bad. I have a group of friends from back home Simi Valley, Ca that no matter how long it has been or how far apart we are when we do talk its like they live next door. My life has been in constant drama for 10 years, today I was contacted by two of those I consider friends for life.. knowing them for over 40 years. Thank you Michael Brown for helping me understand some spiritual I guess awakening that is happening inside me, to Paty Long Sonnier who fights the same battles I have been and has been a wonderful friend for just as long, and third in the same circle of friends also Mark Davis who reached out to me and left me a poem the only language that I really understand.. Thank you all again it has been a wonderful day because of that and I want to thank God for having them in my life still. I want to post that poem and my response because I feel I need to for what my life is now all about, I have a Gospel that needs to be put to the world and is part of my upcoming book Out of the Darkness A Poets Journey That is all I will say for now. God is watching and he is talking to each one of us.. You just need to listen and you will hear! Mark Davis - I hope this year your heart will change from bitterness and rage I hope that something snaps inside to free you from your cage With the love from all your friends to help to see you through This year I pray your heart will change and bring new love to you. Richard M Knittle Jr. - I have been sitting after reading your words in complete and total silence, words just are not even enough to express what feel right now Mark you are one the handful of friends that I consider closest to me just know you are one and i do miss our time back then so ,,, Teardrops of joy and a smile inside your words cast light upon my soul, True friendships in life are far and few and I have been blessed with many that are true, though time and distance and in lifes paths we have taken, the few we take into our heart is one that I cherish and will never be forsaken till the end and from the start.
