Today has been an unusually difficult day for me, physically, mentally and emotionally. Christmas is so different this year. None of us will be able to hold Leilah and tell her how much we love her. She is missed so terribly much. I wont be able to see my mother, my aunt Linda, my son Nick or my grandson Nick Jr for Christmas this year. That is weighing very heavy on my mind and heart right now. I was looking forward to at least being able to Facetime with Nick and Jr but it seems that I wont be able to do that either. My wish for Christmas this year is that everyone (even the extended parts of our family) can understand and value the precious time that we all have with each other. Dont know if Santa can honor that Christmas wish, but God can work miracles.
