Today has been so huge. I got to teach two massive classes and meet my new members. I am so stoked that Nick the GFM of Goodlife Helensvale trusted me with the 07:15 am class. They did a massive job and I am so proud of them. I then had a quick drive to the Sanctuary Cove Country Club where I took up the second big class of the day thanks to RYAN. I am so proud of what they achieved. It is such a magical spot and to see them push it hard was amazing. You cannot imagine tonight how privileged I feel..first of all I have the best girlfriend Kristie Owen on the planet cause she has been there is both classes... but also the members of both Goodlife and the Sanctuary Cove Country Club gave 100% and I am just so super proud of all of you. We are working towards a fitter and transformed society with the Les Mills Program and today you guys did that.... well done and bring it on next Saturday. For the next few days I am off to master RPM 59 for my Goodlife Loganholme class for Tuesday morning.... another great group and ladies we will be working hard. Then Mount Gravatt Wednesday, boxing thursday at Holland Park, PT Friday and then back to Goodlife Helensvale and Sanctuary Cove Saturday.... what a massive week ahead!
