Today has been such a blessing. I had a job interview today and was hired on the spot. Amazing! Starting the day with a prayer with my wife, then blessed with a ride to the interview by my grandmother, then another prayer for the position again with my grandmother. Had the interview and completed new hire paperwork without effort. Than returned to the car where my grandmother was waiting to give her the good news. We prayed to give thanks and returned home. The first blessing was that all the provisions were met for Gods will to be performed. The second blessing was the grace of prayer. The third blessing was that grace was not given because of any effort from me, it was simply His will that I be given my hearts desire. The fourth blessing today was the fellowship with my grandmother, in which I enjoyed thoroughly. The fifth blessing was the word of God that was received by my respected elder to the things I must change in my life to better serve God. I return home top receive my sixth blessing of today... the analysis of what was learned today from the happiness God has given me and my family. First I see Gods love in my life, though I have sinned and have lead a loose Christian life these past few weeks. He loves endlessly, second, I learned that Jesus has already paid for my sins, and I am forgiven if I ask. Third, I learn that God has a plan for me and he has done his part long ago; it is up to me to perform mine. The fourth lesson was a new and powerful realization to the truth. If you are a child of God you are able to perform certain things no other can perform. Children of God can be strong when they are weak, they can perform broken, and they can live even though they die. Only children of God can be sick and have the strength to carry on with the will of God. This is our part to play in the will of God. Today I awoke sick and seriously thought to not go to this interview. But I am a child of God and I have the ability in Christ to perform while being sick. God is with me because it was in his will to be. I owe him everything. Glory to God in the most high!
