Today has been survey-day for me. I was filling out the Healthcare info, to sign up for insurance, and at one point had to call the kids insurance provider to ask a question. At the end of my call, it let me fill out an automated survey. Eventually I had to call the Healthcare.gov website, and low and behold, it asks me if I want to answer a survey when I am done with the call, so I say yes, and am then on hold waiting for the next representative... except, something goes wrong. After 3 minutes on hold, I go to the survey, where I am asked to rate on a scale of 1 to 5 how well they answered my question, how polite the representative was, etc. Thankfully, I could also answer 7 for I dont know LOL. At the end of the survey, it hung up on me. When I called back, and it asked if I would do a survey (again) I said NO.
