Today has been the first time in months that Ive had a free day when I can work on my Dalek. Today I concentrated on getting its motive power source (electric wheelchair) sorted out. I was able to get to it to a stage where I could pilot the base and skirt around the shed in Davros mode ;) I was having some issues with the wheelchair wheels losing traction on the sheds cement floor. So I made an adjustment to lower the wheels by about 2-3mm. This improved the traction considerably, but it still skids a bit in certain areas of the shed floor. The wheelchair wheels are under the seat and there are 2 standard castors in the front and 2 castors in the back.
