Today i had to stay home from work due to the excruciating pain in my back. I was lying in my bed from 10 pm til 4 am then i went to the couch with my two soft pillows and i fell asleep again and at 6;45 am i wake up trying to go the bathroom and suddenly i couldnt move at all. The pain had taken over my body and i couldnt get up. As i layed there on the floor i screamed into my pillow. Elena woke up from the other couch and came to my rescue and softly rubbed my arm and back as i cried of pain, then she tried to help me get up as i wasnt able to she gets help from Manuel. He tried to help me up but as i tried to stand up i couldnt and i screamed of pain. So i am gasping to breathe and trying to gather up the strength to get up to go to the bathroom. Afterwards Elena rubbed some icy hot on my lower back. She takes care of me so well. She is a blessing.
