He established the monetary trust that supports the Lloyd Library and Museum still today. • 1955, born, Paul Stamets, American mycologist and environmentalist • 1901, died, Charles Theodore Mohr, German-born American botanist who collected in Surinam. He was later a druggist in Alabama and wrote about the plants of the state (b. 1824).
