Today in KinKs History: January 26, 1979 -- As a first taste of their upcoming Low Budget LP, the Kinks release in the UK a new single, (Wish I Could Fly Like) Superman / Low Budget, in both a traditional size and a special 12-inch single, which features an extended 6-minute mix.
