Today in St Peters, I shared message on The Grace of Giving from 2Corin 8&9. Christian Giving is spiritual Grace, not by compulsion or obligation. It is gladly given, despite circumstances, voluntary, sacrificial, given first to God and then to share with others. v7 God loves a cheerful giver.We shall reap what we sow. The rich are made to be generous. Funds are accountable to God and men. Because of the generous giving, men will praise God and the confession of the gospel. v9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.
