Today, in one of the lead national stories in the NY Times, the Oklahoma AG and I are quoted on why we are seeking relief in the courts to block the Obama agenda. Lets be clear: this is not judicial activism. Rather, my office and other Attorneys General are only seeking to restore proper constitutional limits on the Executive and uphold the rule of law. This is one of the major reasons why I ran for public office. Its why I wake up and expend much energy every day. I would do the same if a Republican exceeded his authority.
